Fitness Services

My one-hour personal training sessions can be customized to fit your lifestyle. I can work with you at your home, office or gym; at a public park or hotel. All personal training sessions are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs. My fitness plans usually utilize body weight, resistance bands, suspension and balance exercises.

All of my clients receive a customized plan made specifically to fit their body and goals.

Individual Training Sessions

After completing some initial assessments, a customized and progressive program will be designed.  Injuries, any imbalances and personal goals will all be used to create tailored training sessions. Clients receive a plan (based off the time they are willing to commit) for workouts to do in between scheduled appointments.

 

Small group training

Get your family, friends or co-workers together to complement your individual training sessions. This can be a more cost-effective way to get regular workouts in with some of the same benefits of one-on-one sessions.
