Individual Nutrition Sessions

Pick a convenient location to meet (office, home, library, a local cafe, or whatever is comfortable for you) to delve into the recommendations that will help get you to your goals and stay there.  These sessions are tailored to YOU, and all areas of your health and lifestyle will be taken into consideration, including:

  • Any metabolic challenges or underlying health issues
  • Taste preferences (you will never be told to eat something that you don’t enjoy)
  • Time availability and willingness to shop, cook, meal prepping, etc. If you love to cook or you live on the go, there is always an option
 

Small group Nutrition Sessions

Gather a group of friends together to create a great support network AND to lower the cost for everyone.  Although you are in a group environment, personalization is still given through food journal checks, goal setting and accountability.

 
 

Grocery Store Tours

Take a trip through the grocery store of your choice and learn how to decipher nutrition labels and choose the most ideal foods for your goals, tastes and budget.

Or gather a group of friends together and make this option even more affordable.  

 

Corporate Nutrition Seminars

Whether used as a team-building exercise for a small office or an entire corporate department, I can help you tailor a custom seminar to inspire staff to be their best and healthiest selves.
